We travelled for Valentine's weekend 2 adults with 2 children, 2 separated rooms. The hotel was excellent, food was very tasty, customer service was excellent also. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the manager also was very helpful. Our rooms was spotless, very well equipped. The location is excellent very close to public transport, also walking distance to all the main attractions. The hotel is way much better than many other 4°hotels we used to stay in. Thank you!

My husband and I became members after a wonderful stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Vienna, so we decided to spend two nights here in London. As new members, we received a free upgrade; the room was much nicer and had better amenities, but the air conditioning didn't work. We left the air conditioning on, but when we came back, it was scorching hot. We called a couple of times to request a solution, and after spending over an hour in a room with WITH OVER 30 DEGREES CELSIUS, the only solution was an DOWNGRADE... We are very disappointed.

Rooms were underwhelming! Canter went above and beyond to make my stay excellent! I really hope he is recognized for the service he provided. The location is convenient with the Waterloo underground nearby, shops and food within walking distance and a store right across the street! I would have been more pleased if the room was larger, updated, had a fridge as I booked. Only 2 of 3 lifts worked while there and one day all were down. We found someone else socks in the bed they claimed they cleaned when we checked in but was too tired to back downstairs . Overall, it was just ok in a very tiny room with old and barely clean furniture.
