I am extremely dissatisfied with their service, it is absolutely terrible. The customer service is beyond awful. I have been a loyal customer for years, but they have disconnected my number and continue to charge me. When I tried to discuss the issue with them, I couldn't reach anyone. All I received were generic responses with no solution. Dealing with them has been incredibly frustrating, with subpar service and amenities.
STAY FAR AWAY.
-Invoices are always incorrect and do not get fixed.
--->Impossible to communicate with corporate/accounting team to resolve.
-Cell Service in Building is blocked. Phone Service they offer (which I paid extra for) did not show up for 2 months. Plan on taking all your calls in the parking lot for an indefinite amount of time.
-Mice Problem on second floor kitchen.
-Freezing cold temperature. Winter jacket in the office. Again, no resolution.
-Walls are thin. You will hear every neighboring office conversation.
-No Weekend Access, as agreed to. Key Readers do not work, again no resolution.
I would not recommend anyone sign a lease with this company, no matter the location.
