My firm moved to this location in July 2020 (in the middle of the pandemic). I love our office space. The communal areas and meeting rooms are beautifully appointed, modern and well maintained. Rachel and Grace who run the space here are amazing. They put the safety and well being of the office patrons first with adherence to strong Covid protocols, whilst maintaining a social and welcoming atmosphere. They are professional and always go the extra mile and instil a really lovely relaxed environment to work in.

An impeccable co-working and private office space in Midtown - city chic and professional all at the same time. The center is run by a super-helpful and welcoming management team - nothing too big or small for them. Thank you, Rachel and Grace. I’ve worked in serviced office space for the last eleven years and this is the best... by far! Excellent! I’ll be back soon!

I have been a tenant for about six months at Tishman Speyer’s studio coworking space. After moving from traditional office space, I didn’t know what to expect but I am very happy that I made the move. It is located at 156 West 56th st. The whole floor is beautiful with private offices of all different sizes , spacious conference rooms and a huge common area and kitchen. The staff (Rachel and Grace) are extremely helpful and always go the extra mile if you need something. I absolutely love this space and highly recommend it.

Nothing says you’ve made it like being in the middle of all the action. Get in on the ground floor of our unique octagonal 72-story tower on West 56th Street in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Just a skip away from New York landmarks such as Central Park, Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall, it’s an ideal environment for work and play. Two nearby subway stations will make short of your commute and if you get hungry, well you won’t be short on inspired options. Please be advised, we require proof of vaccination upon entry.
