I was once a customer with triad business center for virtual office services for my company but no longer am due to the fact I fell behind on paying for the service to have mail forwarding for my company Macen Project Inc. I spoke with April & she was rude and told me she didn’t like how I was talking to a support staff & that if I wanted to continue service I would have to pay on a annual basis instead of monthly like I originally paid for services and when I told her I couldn’t she said they wouldn’t be able to continue the customer relationship for my business which all I stated when I spoke with one of her staff is that I felt they were avoiding my calls for whatever reason & they were more offended by that than the fact of me wanting to pay for the past due balance that I owe & continuing the service so I could receive my mail! Originally they were located at 460 Briarwood Drive Suite 400 Jackson, MS 39206 but now supposedly they relocated yet again she still goes to check mail at that location which will be interrupted after the month of January which she stated on the phone call! I consider this unacceptable I’ve done nothing wrong to receive this type of behavior I just want my business mail

A convenient location for meetings and work. The staff here is friendly and helpful and the facility is always clean and well kept. It's an ideal work space that fits my needs as a small business owner. Pricing is fair and the facility will easily provide for future growth.

My virtual office was just what I needed and on the occasions I had to have meeting space, the conference room and shared work station was available, clean and professionally organized. April and her staff were ALWAYS accommodating and made us feel right at home. As an employee for Triad Business Centers, I am very happy to be a part of their team! It feels good to come to work knowing that there is a positive work environment with room for advancement.
