Well, yes, I don't think it's a shame for Hamburg, but rather another building in the modern style that is becoming more and more common in Hamburg, Berlin and other big cities. As far as I could see, it's an office complex that also houses Microsoft, among other things. Personally, I find the design beautiful and aesthetic. And there has to be a contrast to all the beautiful old buildings in Hamburg.
