Good luck talking to anyone at the location. The call center doesn't know how to answer specific questions. I have left messages, sent an email and no one will contact me. I found a virtual office in South Jordan for $15/month less and they are very helpful.
I finally got a call from them (after leaving the nasty review). I called back and guess what? I couldn't reach anyone again.
If you are a business owner, I recommend you stay far away. They could be nice people and just overwhelmed but at the end of the day, their service is non-existent.
Change of staff makes all the difference. Having Tauno back has saved this location for us. We rent from 8 locations and were getting ready to relocate away from the Sandy office due an absentee and argumentative front desk staff. The previous staff was always grumpy, never smiling, and turned off not only our employees, but our customers. The new staff has taken the location back to where it was when we originally signed our agreements. Happy, friendly, professional, responsive, class A, and a "can do" attitude - Thank you for bringing this location back to life and saving me from the pain of changing locations. Keep up the good work!
Nice place to rent office space. Good decor and complementary coffee and tea. It's kept nice and clean. Not sure about rates since my employer handles that but I get the impression it's not cheap. Also seems like their corporate execs are uptight. However, James and the other front desk office managers are really friendly and helpful. They basically run the place and they do great.
Amazing value, and amazing experience I have told many people to host their business at any one of the Regus location. Tauno has made the experience at Regus sandy Amazing. Not only treated us like family but our clients too. Highly recommend
We have been in this space for for almost 4 years and have been pleased. Tauno runs the center as if it were his own business and cares not only about the the Regus clients but, our clients as well. Would be hard pressed to find as convenient location with the professionalism that we have received here.
