This is my first time leaving a negative review for shipping services. I came to drop off a prepaid parcel here. It usually takes 30 seconds, however, today I spent more than 40 minutes to complete it. Everything seemed quite normal when I arrived. There were 2 staffs and I waited 15 mins for my turn. When it was my turn, one staff (an African girl) just walked away to another counter and asked two other girls who have stood behind me. She then started to help them printing something but without any explanation to me (for why I came first but she served others before me)… Just like this, I kept standing there and waited for another 30 minutes. Finally, another staff became available and asked me over. However, she didn’t know how to scan a prepaid DHL label… She asked the African girl for help, and then they were just talking and laughing with each other over figuring it out, as if none of them was aware that there was a customer who has already waited for more than 40 minutes, just for dropping off a parcel! It’s really a disappointing experience for me, especially when it comes to the African girl. She is not only inefficient but also rude! I like Staples very much because staffs there are always efficient, except for the African girl I came across today. It may not be a wise decision to operate shipping service with this type of staffs in Staples. Just reviews from a regular customer. Thanks.
