3 Newbridge Square is a modern, eight storey office building occupying a prime position in the heart of Swindon town centre, adjacent to the main bus station and a short walk to the railway station and town centre with all its associated amenities. Comprising over 16000 sq ft, Fig Swindon offers an array of over 50 individual offices split over 2 floors of the former Tri Centre 3 building. Sizes range from 1 workstation, up to a whole floor of 100+. Meeting rooms contain a flipchart and flat screen TV, catering available on request. Please make meeting room requests at least 48hrs before the meeting start time - we may not be able to accommodate requests made later than this.
