Our company rented a few dedicated offices in this facility for 1 year. The location in city is generally good, office space is clean and the reception area is nice and representative. However, we were solving never ending issues with A/C. The dedicated offices are lacking the control of A/C so it is just too warm there. Also the other tenants are using halls as call rooms so you hear all the time people on sales calls. Given the high price charged for the office I would expect a completely different level of services, especially when resolving some issues. Therefore, I do not recommend staying longer time in this center. For a short time, being in the co-working area might be alright, but dedicated offices are just hell (literally).
