When we first moved in here this was great. We loved the campus, they layout, the convenience, everything. Cute campus. Front desk folks are always helpful and sweet.
As time has gone on, the parking situation has become unbearable. Samsung ee's started parking in our lot despite having their own garage (which we don't have access to) which forces us to park across the lot which is a very long way away. If you think it's just about an inconvenient walk, it's much more than that. When it's raining, give it up, you're not going to get into the building without being soaked even if you have an umbrella. We will have to think long and hard about renewing the lease here. We've asked management to help but they won't.
I have been working in this building for a little over a year. The location is great and the staff (Anita & Harli) have been very helpful. We had to move to a different office at the end of the year last year due to industry requirements and the Spaces people were very helpful in finding us another office and letting us do temperature checks for a few weeks before we pulled the trigger. The facility is always clean and the staff have performed very well in the face of the Covid-19 issues that we have all had to deal with over the last 12 months.
This co-working space has been the best by far. After hopping from space to space I have finally been able to settle down and actually renew my contract. I have had no complaints with Spaces Legacy Central. The reception desk is awesome! They make the place all the more fun to be at and they're super friendly. Go Anita!
I have not yet received my deposit back. I had a coworking space. Great place, expensive if you don’t really come too often but overall very nice atmosphere and work environment.
Would love it if someone could reach out to help me get the deposit back. I have tried calling, emailing and going through the app to request it back. Cancelled 2 months ago. Would’ve put 5 stars but the deposit not being given back yet is very frustrating.
It's an awesome facility - killer layout and design, awesome amenities, and the other businesses here are all super friendly. But most importantly, the Spaces staff are incredible. Anita and Harley are the best - super friendly, attentive to our needs, and they go out of the way to be as helpful as possible.
