Really nice area. Lots of new buildings with residences and many restaurants. Lots of people chilling and there was a game the day we visited so it was very busy and parking took a while.

The Yard is an excellent place to get your work done. The atmosphere in this place is just incredible and it makes you feel productive. There are many places to sit and get inspired to get the most difficult tasks done. The community managers are super helpful and nice. The view from the rooftop is unbeatable. They have unlimited coffee, water and many kitchen supplies. There is a Trader Joe’s right there also, in case you need to do grocery shopping or grab something for lunch. There are many places around there to grab lunch as well. Location is definitely convenient for people that have to go to Congress a lot for work.

A terrific, top notch place to work. The staff is extremely helpful and they go out of their way to ensure that everyone who works there is treated very well. The professionalism is outstanding.
