Cramped and noisy in the shared workspaces. Coffee machine is fairly basic, not the worst place I’ve ever worked from and great if your in a tight spot but not suitable for long term use unless your booking a private space

Saunders House Ealing comprises of just over 19,000sqft of flexible workspace across 5 floors. The office space is close by to Ealing Broadway station which will have access to the Crossrail from 2021 meaning occupiers can reach zone 1 in less than 15 minutes. Private office space is available to accommodate between 2-100 people and there is also a stylish membership lounge for external client’s to use as an alternative workspace to a coffee shop. And with better coffee! Each office in this brand new Ealing workplace has excellent natural light, will be fully furnished and have individually controlled A/C. We are pleased to say that there is no internal office space! The design-led reception is set within the stylish breakout space on the ground floor which also features a bar area and communal meeting room. A small interview room and 2 boardrooms are available to rent by the hour/day and the membership lounge will moonlight as an event space where we will be hosting social events with our occupiers. We have also discovered a roof terrace which was never exposed before and there is an onsite private car park with spaces available to rent.
