Today 6/26/23 at approximately 10:30am I was coming in to Use the Bank of America ATM, as I was walking in, I noticed to individuals standing by the door one guy named Ron who is the supervisor for the front desk security and another lady that was sitting down who is working behind the desk. Once I walked in I asked the lady where is the ATM , and she said in the back towards the left. Once I located the ATM and used the ATM , as I was walking back to the front door , I noticed there was a coffee machine on the left of me in which another guy was using. So I walk behind him and ask him is the coffee for public and he said sure, so I proceeded to make a cup of coffee . Once I was finished and started to walk to the front door, the front desk and the supervisor said to me while Raising his voice and said “oh no you cannot do that, that is for residence only “ as he continue to place is hand in front of me. So I replied and said “I’m sorry I didn’t know and there isn’t a sign that say for residence only and proceeded to leave the premises. That guy was very unprofessional and there wasn’t a sign to tell the public to know the difference. The guy was wearing a suit , light skin and tall . If I can give this place -1 stars I will because being professional is very important and the front desk have to treat the public better.
My experience with Regus is awesome, thanks to an Erica, someone I truly appreciate there. Erica always provides exceptional service and support and my recent interactions with her at Regus was no different. Her professionalism, knowledge and unwavering commitment to ensuring that my needs were met put me at ease while discussing my account. (I had less than stellar interactions with a former staff member beforehand, but Erica has changed my outlook.) I'm not entirely sure what her role is there, honestly, but I believe she should manage multiple offices to train personnel how to run things smoothly.
Regus is a solid option if you need a flexible, professional and reliable place to conduct business. I'm glad I made the move to Regus; they are a true asset to my business.

The Regus staff is VERY helpful and kind. The space is clean, nicely appointed & perfect for a landing spot for the day. The private office, common area, kitchen and business center is perfect. We were able to order lunch (salads & sandwiches) delivered to Regus from a local bakery. I highly recommend the space, and will be back again soon. Thank you Regus!
We’ve been at this facility for almost 2 years and I’ve definitely seen an array of office staff come through. I must say Erica Murdaugh and Mr. Claud are amazing. They always go above and beyond to help anyone in need. They are also very welcoming when coming into the office. I have referred many to this establishment mostly because of how amazing they are. I wish more office buildings had staff like this.
The current staff is exceptional “Erica & Claude”. They are very attentive, they have a warm presence, extremely helpful. The best staff they’ve had since I’ve been here! The location is perfect; along with the amenities.
