I signed up for a $54/ month mail box option that I never ended up using. It has been less than 3 months and I have payed more than $225 for a service that I am not using. They have my credit card information, bank information, and drivers license. I am scheduled for termination of my account for Sept 30, 2022. I doubt they will remove any of my personal information after this date or my credit card information. Julia Yanez, the Community Manager at this location is very forgetful of requests made by phone. I told her via phone that I wanted the free customer pick-up for mail. Unfortunately, I was charged an extra $25/ per month for weekly forwarding of mail that doesn't exist at that location. I called her a second time to fix this problem. Instead of refunding me the money she gives me back $20 as a refund. This is definitely a scam. Any company with ethical business practices would, by default, offer you a free customer pick up option. After the termination date of September 30, 2022 I will refuse to pay anything else to this scam company. My credit card company knows this.
Julia Yanez Community Manager of the Regus location at 3080 Yonge st. Suite 6060 Toronto please delete my credit card information and any other information that I have with REGUS after the termination date of September 30, 2022. Do this and I will delete this negative 1 star review. You know who I am. My name is not Daniel Byrne.
Avoid unless you are happy to pay them indefinitely. I was "lucky" to get an agreement with them on June 11 saying "I received your payment confirmation and have started the process for your settlement" after a couple months of fight about the cancellation. Guess what they did next? Keep billing me... Did anyone ever get out of this trap?
Regus is a great alternative for those with small businesses who want to experience a confidential address alternative. Their pricing for space rental seems random at best. Asking for a price sheet usually results in a vacant stare or the run around.
Polite staff, but too many unnecessary bells and whistles. Office spaces are tiny, and often overpriced considering the financial state of their key customers.
I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ANYONE WHO HAS HAD GOOD OR BAD EXPERIENCES TO VOICE THEM HERE, AS IT MAY HELP OTHERS.
Unfortunately you cannot give negative stars and you have to give at least one even when the service is far below sub par.
This location does no except responsibility and blames everyone else, but themselves. They have no respect for your mail. They must be really hurting for good knowledgeable staff. Avoid Julia, Chris Waldron, Janine BaillieRoos, all fall downs, and that's putting it lightly.
I have to now sue REGUS through Small Claims, hopefully when the above staff are listed in the civil suit, it not only costs REGUS, $$$ to provide a defense, because the above listed REGUS staff put the company they work at risk of litigation, it will most likely cost them their job or a demotion at the least.
Always call REGUS Headquarters in Texas so that complaints are noted on facility locations and individual employee files.
