Basic facilities of workplace are missing. No proper Prayers Area. Very few rest rooms as compared to capacity. No proper backup generator to run air conditioners or electric kettle. And a swimming pool filled with stagnant water, giving rise to mosquitos and flies. The location is good but management needs to focus on basic necessities of a workplace. ——Update—— The swimming pool is cleaned now. Backup Generator is also available now. Although basic necessities like dedicated covered prayers area is still needed.

Pros: 1. They cleaned the dirty pool which is absolutely useless and a waste of space. Cons: 1. Wifi doesn’t work properly 2. No proper parking facility 3. Dirty bathrooms 4. The pool is a waste of space 5. No place for recreational activities such as table tennis (there used to be 1 but they built a room for rent) 6. They have constructed so many rooms that there’s barely any sunlight inside the office which makes the place look gloomy and this is why the rooms smell funny as well 7. The monitor always has problem with everything 8. Tea so pathetic that we had to set up our own beverage spot in our room

Unfortunately, my experience has been awful at Workhall. I would NOT recommend. I understand that when we moved into this co-working space, approximately 6 months ago, it was very new and there was a lot of work to be done. However, frankly speaking it still hasn’t even been able to provide basic necessities. 1. Majority of the time there are Wi-Fi issues 2. No generator which supports the AC, forget that, it can’t even run small electrical appliances 3. The woman’s bathroom on the first floor has no door knob in the stall, and is rarely ever cleaned 4. I have seen the workers/male staff (hired on behalf of Workhall), in the woman’s bathroom twice. I assumed this was for cleaning purposes, however, once I checked, it was as filthy as before. 5. The rooms have a distinct smell constantly prevailing, once there was a pungent vomit smell which led me and others to leave the room. 6. There has been construction going on for months now, and left the office in shambles. None of the workers or the owner were weary of how this was impacting work as we couldn’t even speak, let alone have meetings or be productive. Dust and equipment was everywhere. This severely impacted and asthmatic and people prone to migraines. 7. The stairs are wonky and have multiple health hazards 8. There is no dedicated praying space 9. There is no proper dining place, it’s a cramped up room on top of the kitchen which is extremely suffocating and has no ventilation 10. There is not a single chair which is worth sitting on. Nearly all are broken in one way or the other. 11. If you need any support from the owner in regards to resolving these issues, he is nowhere to be found 12. If it is dark, and the lights are turned on for a more ‘whoelsome’ atmosphere, they are immediately shut by the staff. The offices often look dark and dingy. 13. There is never any tissue to be found. If you’re lucky you’ll find a wet tissue roll by the sink since they have no sensible place to keep it even in the bathroom. Please double think about renting out any space at Workhall Tipu Sultan.
