I unfortunately, have to put a bad review here. I have been to almost all WeWork in Tokyo, and this is so far the worst customer service. The community manager is not friendly, and seems like in a bad mood always, which is funny. Other community managers in other branches are the friendliest I know, but not here. I normally can stay a little longer in other WeWork. She was like, Please leave because I am also leaving for home with that face, and does that only to me. Jeez! I will not ever make my way to this branch ever again. Jeez!
Both private booths and open spaces are clean and comfortable. The staff was cleaning frequently.
There are pictures everywhere, and there are views from the large windows, so you can work in a good mood.
For drinks, coffee, latte, black tea, oolong tea, and green tea are available right next to you, and there is also a microwave and refrigerator. Use the restroom in the building right after leaving your room.
