This is a beautiful upscale office space with professional and attentive staff who make coming to work a joy. While I love all the 5-star amenities, from impressive conference rooms to delicious fresh ground coffee and easy paper shredding, I can honestly say that it is because of Mindy Greene, the General Manager, and Jeremy Hawkins, the Operations Manager, that I chose to relocate my law practice to this office in Calabasas. Mindy and Jeremy immediately won me over with their high level of professionalism, efficiency, warmth, wit, and intelligence. Exceptional people, excellent services.

I have come here a few times and the staff that greet you are phenomenal! Jeremy and Mindy are truly the best! I was always greeted so warmly and escorted to my suite. I would love to work here because of the front desk staff alone! I will definitely be back. The facility is very well maintained, they have a beautiful break room and great attitudes.

After almost a year I can honestly say that getting an office here was a great decision! Jeremy and Mindy have done a fantastic job creating a professional yet fun culture. The facility is always sparkling, and when I bring guests they are always impressed.

The level of professionalism that Jeremy Hawkins and Mindy Green have showed me and my staff is something I look forward to seeing every morning when I am there. They have gone out of their way beyond expected norm to help me and the least I can do is write a review and make it known to others who are contemplating renting space that you will not regret it but rather enjoy your time here. Premier Workspaces continues to be a step above, with their administrative staff (past and current) providing exceptional and responsive service to both my Corporation and our Associates. The Premier Management Team proactively ensures you feel apart of a larger, cohesive team, while still providing ample support to our individual Firm's needs. Premier's suite of Professional Services & Amenities also provide an excellent "Brick & Mortar" experience for our Clients, who often choose to meet with us at Premier in one of the spacious ( & Chic) conference rooms. The past 25 years, we have worked here locally in offices big and small, including several that had offered a similar range of services. Premier Workspaces has been simply the best in both Professional Amenities and overall value. We have been with Premier for over 5 years, and in two locations, and we just love it here. The Premier Team is on it, and we honestly trust them and enjoy their company as much as our other Colleagues. Definitely a huge recommend even if you just need 1 small office.

Newly built-out 74 office business center in Calabasas is located on Agoura Road between the Las Virgenes and Lost Hills exits off the Ventura Freeway (Highway 101). Calabasas is an upscale community at the border of the San Fernando Valley and the Conejo Valley. Surface and subterranean parking available. The 2nd floor turn-key office suites ranging from 101 to 211 sq. ft. and are good 1 to 3 person offices.
