Just as others said below. RUN. These are corporate con artists and their leases are walking a tight rope between deceptive and fraudulent. We were in between homes and my fiancé’s job allows him to work remote. He told the salesman he only needed workspace for 3-6 months until our new home is ready. They had him sign a 6 month agreement and he gave 60 days notice but they’re not allowing him out of the never ending contract.

Beware of taking space at Executive Workspace. The management is terrible! They can't control any of the tenants and allow kids to run up and down the hallway. It's not a professional environment. After you leave, they will not send your deposit back. Left in January and still don't have deposit after being promised it will be mailed as of April 15.
