I enjoyed a wonderful experience at the Good Hotel, where the service was exceptional and the staff were remarkably friendly. The location is superb, situated right next to the IFS cable car and just a 12-minute walk from the Custom House station. However, the only drawback was the room, which was quite small and lacked soundproofing.

I enjoyed staying at the Good Hotel in London's Docklands. I was allocated room 266, which was compact, quiet and comfortable. It had good views. However, I thought that the bathroom, containing a toilet and shower, was too compact and the shelving above the toilet seemed illogically and poorly placed. That said the hotel still made a very good impression. The buffet breakfast set me up for the day and the staff were welcoming and helpful. This hotel channels funds into a social enterprise in central America, hence its name.

What a wonderful hotel with caring staff! I injured my leg a few hours before checking in and couldn't walk. I was going to cancel my stay but thought I would contact them first. They found a wheelchair for me and then upgraded my room to a much larger one, so that I could move around in the wheelchair. To top it off, one of the fantastic reception team wheeled me up to the room and offered any help I would need. It really felt like they cared. The room itself was modern and clean with a great view. I can't recommend this hotel and their staff enough.
