Be warned they doubled my rent without notice (about $400 to about $800 for a small room in the Atrium building) I didn't use that space much in the end, it was just too small for my needs, once they realized that they began to use it as extra storage for their tables and chairs while I was still paying for it. Receptionist was stuck up to the point of being passive aggressive.

In response to Regus's reply to this review: No you don't. You say you do, but the difference between what you tell people what you're doing and what you actually do is staggering. Don't compound the problem by lying. Disgraceful. No regard for Covid protocols during the pandemic. No attempt to enforce either the Public Health Order (while it was in place) OR the rules conjured up by Regus. Staff would often not wear masks while on site and couldn't be bothered to ensure anyone else using the facilities were either. Absolute joke of a company. All the good staff were summarily dismissed during Covid due to "cut-backs". Unbelievable.

No regard for COVID safety during the pandemic. No sense of community or regard for the people that rent here. I wish I’d rented somewhere else, even though it would have cost me more.
