If I could give this office ZERO stars I would. Like the other reviewer, I experienced a total deception by the manager as to what I was getting in my contract. I only needed the office for 1 month, but because I signed on the 6th and not the 1st, although I would have waited, I was charged for 2 months because their system, which must be archaic or designed to be steal, doesn't charge for 30 days. So if you sign on any other day than the 1st, you're automatically charged for 2 months even if you only need or use the office for 1.
The manager never once said anything about this to me, as she knew I waited for this office to open because it was cheaper. Instead, I was hit with a bill and told I should have read the terms better. The Philadelphia Regus on Market street runs like a clock, while this office is being ran by deceptive and rude employees determined to do whatever they can to get your money and know nothing about customer service.
I canceled all accounts with Regus and will never again rent any office no matter the location because of these business practices and urge all others to look elsewhere if you need an office.
NOTE: Google no longer recognizes Virtual Offices so don't sign a 1 year contract thinking they won't ask for the lease agreement and see that it is a virtual office. You will be delisted, and stuck paying for a contract, but by no means would any employee of Regus ever let you know because in the end, all they want is your money for a subpar office with terrible amenities and even a worse staff.

Good day,
Let me start off by saying I love Regus. I receive numerous referral bonuses, from Regus because every time I launch a new branch with my marketing team, I use a Regus space to get the branches off the ground in many different cities: San Fransico, San Diego, Portland and Vancouver.
I recently moved to this location, in Freehold, and by far this location, is the worse representation of Regus and what you actually have to offer. Its the worse location I have ever seen all across America. The receptionist, burst in your office everyday with out knocking, they are disrespectful and rude. I had to file a compliant to ask why I was being treated that way 3 weeks after starting here in the office.
The initial manger Daniel, who is now the community manager at your Neptune Location absolutely lied to me about my contract amenities. I signed for a space while in Portland I thought It was a little small, so I inquired about other larger options. She showed me a suite 101-102, and I told her it was out of my budget, so she offered to throw in free printing and internet for me to sign and said she would adjust the contract for me to upgrade to this suite.
During my initial signing of my agreement, she verbally stated TWICE that I would be getting free printing and internet on my plan, and I believe I recorded her saying this. Today I discovered she omitted this information out of the contract (4/8/16).
I inquired about my bill twice, January and Feb and I was told by Jamie the Area Manager that this was a mistake, that I shouldn't have been charged for printing. Today, I attempted to speak to Jamie, with Daniel on the phone, and after our RECORDED conversation of them lying and swindling me, I am afraid that I have to get my legal team involved.
I have several recorded conversations about my free printing agreement and for them to tell me jus now!!!!! 4 months after the fact of promising to fix my bill, is just wrong, I have to do something about it.
