Really great coworking space that has been perfect for our growing team. Their amenities have been excellent and flexible for our needs, as well as workshops with clients. I couldn't ask for a better place to get work done. Alfredo has been terrific at helping us settle in, and very supportive when it comes to anything we need to help us operate better. The regular events he hosts are also very informative and great places to network. I can't recommend highly enough.

Great facilities for any start-up! Friendly & helpful residents always willing to help a newbie. A great mixture of people from different industries at TIF networking events. An amazing Community Manager (thanks Alfredo) who goes above & beyond to make sure residents needs are met. Highly recommend.

A fantastic co-working environment for start-up companies and the like. Open, modern and fully equipped space in a great location. I would recommend The Innovation Factory to others looking for a relaxed and welcoming work space.
