Brilliant hotel, excellent staff really helpful and courteous. Location is brilliant easy parking close to bars and restaurants and town centre shopping. Room was luxury plenty of room for the family, top notch bathroom comfy beds. Breakfast was quality and restaurant staff where friendly and attentive, can't speak highly enough of this hotel. Will definitely be back.

Lovely hotel at a reasonable price. Booked a King Size Suite which was perfect for a family of 4. Having the separate living room with sofa bed, 2nd TV and the kitchenette with a small hob, microwave and fridge was hugely useful with two hungry 'at all hours' boys. The main bedroom was large and the storage was great. The location of the hotel was perfect for us to meet up with family and friends and do some shopping. In-house breakfast was disappointing though which was a real surprise as the restaurant food at lunch/dinner was extremely good...needs looking at I think. Bar staff were great with real skill in making cocktails. The bar was very nice with plenty of room for families, music and sports lovers alike...nice atmosphere and the staff were lovely. The only other negative I have was the extremely tight parking at the rear of the hotel with staff moving large refuse and laundry containers in front of electric parking spaces at the back of the parking area inhibiting movement. Most cars had to take 2 spaces to have any chance of getting out. Other than that, we had a terrific stay with the kids loving the fun area with pol table etc in the lobby. We will definitely be back if the prices remain sensible. Thank you to the staff who made our stay!

Very cozy hotel. Room was spacious. Bed is just perfect. Staff very polite. Unfortunatelly, there is no toilet brush. Location all right. I had a really nice stay here.
