This is not a nice place to visit , I understand the Business Park may need security, to watch over the businesses. Your security is out of control when they attached a members of the public on public land, your security should be locked away on your own property. Next time I see one of your security harassing members of the public on public property I will be contacting the police. All security guards are given a registration number which they should display upon request failure to do so is against company policy. I will be instructing people to keep away from the business park each individual company has received bad reviews and your security is the worst ever , just a embarrassment to the businesses on the back

We currently occupy an office within UBC and I have to say that they provide a great service. They're prompt, polite and take care of us very well. Most recently when hiring their meeting rooms they provided an amazing lunch, refreshments and all our visitors complimented how nice it was. Thank you UBC for taking care of us. All @ Mulberry GBC

Used the meeting room at UBC. The room was spacious and Adele had organised refreshments throughout the day. She was efficient and is friendly and approachable.

We have occupied an office at UBC since April 2022, and have been very impressed so far. The on-site team are wonderful and very happy to help with anything we have needed. They're very friendly, polite and efficient. We recently required that a prayer room/space be available to one of our team members and this was sorted within minutes of us having asked. Thank you to the team at UBC!

My Company recently booked a Meeting Room here to undertake a day-long Meeting with UK & European colleagues. From the initial enquiry every detail was taken on board and nothing was too much trouble. We were made to feel more than welcome and Laura couldnt have been any more helpful. The room itself was bright and spacious, ideal for what we needed. I would have no hesitation in returning and would look no further for future meetings in the W.Mids area

More than anything they made us feel welcome and we'd happily recommend them to any business looking for a new office.
