AWFUL! I've used many executive suite companies including the biggest ones like Regus and Meredian over the past 15 years and this place is a complete joke. Jasmine Grider who heads the Executive Workspace at Rawlins in Oak Lawn is completely inept and indifferent. Also their online site for paying your bill/making reservations/etc. looks like it was done by a 5 year old and hardly ever works (can never log in and other issues). Jasmine has developed an attitude lately and when I told her to cancel our agreement at the end of our term she had absolutely no response other than "Alright". Trust me, there are other places that are far more professional and don't charge you to just tell you whether or not you even have any mail. Go somewhere else!

Great office space to have your business! The staff is amazing and the building is in a great location.
