Be careful!! The worst experience ever. I subscribed to try the one month co-working office. Later to learn they have a deceiving rule that minimum subscription is 2 months! So I had to pay 2 months(4 million)!! So upset with this and their customer service is the worst ever. They don't have a phone number to call, only via email. And they are very unhelpful and then threatening if you don't pay do legal action. Such a horrible unfriendly experience. If I can give it zero I definitely would. The internet is Soo slow as well and not suitable for 2023 online work!! You cannot enter 24 hours. Only until 6 pm. And the location is not really good. Traffic always around. Honestly guys, just avoid at all costs and thank me later. There are far better co-working and office options all around Bali that can actually give you value.
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the Regus office in Bali, and I feel compelled to warn others about the abysmal level of service I received. From the moment I stepped foot in their establishment, it was clear that customer satisfaction was the last thing on their minds.
First and foremost, the staff at Regus tricked me into paying for a two-month subscription when I clearly expressed my desire for only one month. It's evident that their sales tactics are deceitful and aimed at swindling unsuspecting customers. This alone should make anyone think twice before considering their services.
Furthermore, the internet connection at the Regus office is painfully slow. In today's digital age, reliable and fast internet access is an absolute necessity, especially for a co-working space. Regus failed miserably in providing even the most basic requirement for a productive working environment.
On top of that, the office lacks any decent views, which is quite disappointing considering Bali's reputation for stunning landscapes. Instead, you're stuck with a drab and uninspiring setting, which can be demotivating for those seeking a pleasant working atmosphere.
Another major issue is the restricted access hours. Regus tries to force customers to upgrade to their dedicated offices, which come at exorbitant prices, just to gain 24-hour access. This is an obvious ploy to squeeze more money out of their clients and shows a complete disregard for their customers' needs and convenience.
Furthermore, the location of the Regus office in Bali is in a high-traffic area, making it a nightmare to drive to and from. The whole experience of commuting to this office adds unnecessary stress to an already frustrating situation.
The worst part of my ordeal was the appalling behavior of their customer service team. Instead of addressing my concerns and rectifying their mistakes, they resorted to threatening me with legal action when I refused to pay for the second month that I explicitly stated I did not want. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to accommodate their customers demonstrates a complete disregard for basic principles of good business practice.
In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering using the Regus office in Bali to steer clear. Their deceitful sales tactics, slow internet, lackluster views, restricted access, inconvenient location, and abysmal customer service make for an incredibly unpleasant experience. Save yourself the trouble and find a more customer-oriented co-working space that values your time, money, and satisfaction.
Rented an office in here for 2 months before cancelling the subscription. Their administration is extremely bureaucratic sending spam warnings of late payments all the time. After cancelling, only 50% of the DP was returned after administrative errors. Tired to keep chasing this corporate structured admin department. On top of that paid a 1.7jt fee to "clean" the office of 2x3m. Not recommended to rent here.
