The spaces are beautiful and spacious and are mainly suitable for businesses that want these services of cleaning and sufficient but without networking or mingling with other businesses in the area.
As a growing business, I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that there is simply no networking activity of any kind (apart from some random happy hour that has no introduction or warning).
The refreshments are limited to dry cookies in a jar (despite the promises that every day there is something) and once every few days they will bring out fruit and say thank you if there is anything left after 5 minutes)
Cleaning includes changing bins and vacuuming once a week. There is nothing to talk about vacuuming or cleaning tables and don't expect the windows (in the more expensive office you paid to have a window) to be clean. For months that I've been there, the windows haven't been cleaned even once and it just sucks and makes the whole spice dirty.
Another catch that is important for you to understand - this is a global system that works on an automatic machine. They are not interested in the people or the specific needs, and so for example if you took an office and did not make any changes to it and even if the office was for two and a quarter days - you will still have to pay the full cost of "returning the office to its original state", which is a matter of several hundred to thousands of shekels for air.
The same goes for canceling the contract - I asked to end the contract on 7/1 because I wanted to leave in August - but because officially it was already July and not June, I was obligated to pay for the entire month of August until the end because "it's a month's notice and there's nothing to do, it's the system"
All in all, I regret that I chose these offices as my first foreign ministry. I do not recommend them for growing businesses or those that need a system that understands that it is about people and businesses and not a robotic system.

A place that is just fun to go to in the morning. Designed at a high-end level, a quality population, and the professionalism of the complex team is immediately apparent.
The stunning Iris always takes care of a pleasant atmosphere, a clean and sweet place, and without missing anything.
After many searches for an office for me, I'm glad I finally chose the Regis branch in Rishon Lezion❤️

I will make a division between the local service at the branch and the network service:
The girls at the branch, Iris and Or - are simply charming and provide excellent service: from the very high level of cleanliness in the place, to fruit treats. It's just fun to see them in the morning.
But the management of the chain is not Israeli, and behaves in a very cold way towards the customers, in my opinion.
Let's start with the fact that there is no customer service here in Israel, they charge an amount that I don't think any office charges: "the office restoration fee" - which means I have to pay for the painting and cleaning of the office when I leave. This is an unfair amount in my opinion. Although it appears in the contract and was mentioned in advance. I don't think that makes it fair.
It is impossible to use appliances with a heating element in the kitchen - such as a toaster and a toaster oven, 'because that's how' the global management decided.
And the reason why I decided to write the comment:
The chain collects a deposit (not a security check, but a real cash deposit) - and collects it **immediately** upon signing!
But when you leave? She will return it to you "up to 45 business days" which is actually more than 60 days after you are no longer their customer!!!
This is a scandal!!! And an equally big scandal: when you want to contact about it - you have no one in Israel!
You have to send an email to some department that sits abroad (!!!) to accept it.
Now, it may be written in their long contract in some section, I'm not saying they cheated or anything, but it really doesn't take away from the level of audacity.
I recommend looking for a place with standard Israeli management. As much as we like to complain about the service providers in Israel, at least you can talk to them.

For everyone who is thinking of renting an office in the Regus complex - you should think again and read this.
I have never written a less than favorable review of any place, I think that every business and every place should be discussed with merit even if you were less than satisfied - but the cases at Bridges exceeded every possible limit in my opinion.
1) In the first introductory meeting, I was told by the PA that it is possible to leave the contract with a 30-day notice, as in other work complexes.
But when we submitted an exit request on 2.2.21, we were told that we would have to stay in the contract until 31.3.21, that is, almost two whole months.
- Please note that your contract is current + 30 days and not 30 days in advance, which means that if you apply to leave on the 1st of the month, you will have to stay until the end of the following month.
2) There is a feeling that there is no one to talk to. Regus is a global company and the feeling is that they don't care about any customer, even if he pays tens of thousands of shekels a month.
Every time you need something, the generic answer you come across is "it's a management decision" "these are instructions that come from above".
After 5:30 p.m., even if you lock the door with the computer inside, as happened to me - you probably won't be able to open it until the next day - because there is simply no one to talk to and the secretary has gone home.
If you ask for someone's personal phone number like I did - they probably won't give it to you because they don't give out personal phone numbers.
3) Do you rent offices for thousands of shekels? So why are you sitting in our common spaces?
In my fault, for the first time in two months in the complex, we had a conversation with 2 employees from 18:00 to 20:00 in the common space in the lobby of the complex.
Unfortunately, the company secretary started questioning my employee! where am i Because she needs to talk to me, and why am I making conversations with people in the common space of the complex?!?!?!
She accused me of organizing a multi-participant meeting in the common space of the complex and that this is forbidden, and in particular it is forbidden to touch the television in the common space of the complex because it is a television exclusively for the use of the management team.
When I told her that I only sat with 2 people, she slapped me again that I sat with many more.
Finally I told her that we would go to the cameras in the common space and check exactly how many people I was sitting with, she probably realized that she was talking nonsense and just accusing, and said that she believed.
And there are many more things that if I roll them out here, it will take many more hours to write down.
For some reason, the place doesn't fill up and people keep leaving it and leaving it.
In conclusion - I can't believe I'm writing this down, because I've never done it.
I can't believe I've gotten to the point where I write a less favorable review of some business entity,
But I really feel that if I don't do it, people can experience these things themselves. And I feel sorry for those people.
