I kept Regus as a virtual office for my business, I’m a traveling surgical Registered Nurse, and I had spoken to the center manager 6 months in advance stating I was building a house and I would be terminating my virtual lease this year (2023) and the center manager failed to explain to me the process of terminating my lease and now I’m left having to pay for an additional 6 month lease that is useless to me since I now will have a home office as I originally explained to the center manager and now I’m responsible for paying for the new contracted months. I had an excellent first impression and that’s why it pains me to write this review but, I am compelled to do so. That way I can assist my fellow Houstonians in preventing them from falling for the same trap of putting your trust in Regus. In the end they aren’t taking responsibility for there communication error and I’m left having to suffer. You would think people would want to take better care of their first responders.

It’s definitely a nice office space and this is a good location but good luck dealing with corporate when you have any billing issues come up that are generated by their own accounting issues. I would not recommend any Regus rental location to anyone!

UNPROFESSIONAL: I went to retrieve my documents from 920 Echo Lane, Suite 200, Hstn, TX and was told receptionist “Andy” would have my documents to pick up at 12:30pm. I walked in and found no one seated at the receptionist desk. (Quite frankly, I had never seen a receptionist sitting at their front desk before.) A man walked in and I asked if he worked there. He said, “Yes.” I asked if he was “Andy,” and he said “No.” He stated that Andy was “their female receptionist.” I asked if he was an Atty. For Oath Law Firm. He said “No, these were Executive Suites and all shared Andy”. Later she finally came down the hall. I thought it unusual that she failed to greet me. I asked if she was “Andy, as i had been told that I could pick up my docs at 12:30pm. Still saying nothing, she just opened a closet, pulled out my heavy bag of docs and swung them in my direction. I grabbed the other side of the roped bag, which broke, rather than gently handing them to me - spilling documents in every direction. “Andy” did not offer to help pick them up, nor offer an apology. Rather, She turned her back on me and opened a closet door behind her. After gathering my documents from the floor - (I noted the side of the bag was now ripped, some of my multiple life ins. envelopes ripped and my 3 ring binder cover had detached from impact). I gently placed the bag on her receptionist desk, as I restrung the rope through their holes. I calmly inquired why she had not greeted me, with the courtesy of a response or greeting, when I asked if she was “Andy”, nor offered to help pick up my documents, nor offer an apology. She curtly responded that she had “already handed them off to me.” I stated “Most people would have gently handed me the bag vs. swinging in my direction, & have offered help to pick up, and to offer an apology.” She said, “Oh...WELL!!!”
I said, “I find your demeanor and response rude.” She just said, “Was there anything else?” Motioning to the door. I said, “No.” then hesitated and said “Yes, what’s your last name Andy?” She said, “None of your business! I don’t work for OATH LAW FIRM and idk why he isn’t doing business with you any longer, but you’ve got your documents and it’s time for you to leave.” (The Atty. in question I had contracted to create a Family Trust. However, my responses WERE NOT DISCLOSED IN THE TRUST!!! After receiving errors a 2nd time, I told him I did not have time to do Quality Control checks, as that was his responsibility. After a Third Set containing errors, we mutually agreed to terminate our contract and refunded my money.
Wouldn’t you have wanted your requests to be accurately listed within Your Family Trust)?
And yet, “Andy” felt very comfortable being careless and Quite Rude to me, causing damage to my documents. I find such behavior from someone who is supposed to be the face for ALL TENANTS rent individual office spaces within a REGUS property, would even allow such unprofessional behavior, or being deemed even remotely acceptable.
I’ve held management
positions my entire life, overseeing National and International accounts, and have hired and fired employees.
As such, I wanted to alert REGUS Property Management that “Andy” has done a great disservice as a representative of Regus Property Management Co.,
Had she been my employee? I would have fired her in a NY Minute. Hence, this review to alert REGUS management, that when I now see a REGUS placard on a building, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth, every single time. Your employee created that totally unnecessary experience.
Andy’s roughshod attitude, completely rude & unprofessional behaviour began the very moment she walked down the hall.
With so many SUPERIOR, PROFESSIONAL RECEPTIONISTS looking FOR WORK, who KNOW how to act professionally handling a front desk. One who is actually seated there when clients arrive, readily available to pleasantly greet guests, and help them.
Such a beautiful building & yet such an ugly reception. BEST to use Professionals who WILL ENSURE A QUALITY REGUS EXPERIENCE.
