Absolutely brilliant hotel! Not only is the hotel fantastic, staff are the friendliest & happiest I’ve come across for a long time. Location is perfect, easy parking in the Kings Dock car park. Great spot to explore the city. Bar lunch menu was very good & a reasonable price for a hotel. Looking forward to coming back.

It’s been awhile since I’ve stayed at a Pullman hotel, but this one was lovely! The room exceeded my expectations, the staff were lovely, and the location was perfect for the conference I attended (right next door). The best part was the shower which was simple to work when switching from rain to hose - never seen that before!!! The only drawback was the closest convenience store was a 10 min walk away, which isn’t ideal. But I’d love to come back again! (Photos are taken within close proximity of hotel)

Great hotel located close to conference centre at King's Dock. Really helpful, friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Food was also excellent. I deducted one star because there is no longer Blue Badge parking attached to the hotel. The small surface car park adjacent to the hotel is no longer in use and you need to use the multistory which is quite a long walk when you're disabled. I know this is down to the local council but the hotel should be negotiate use of the car park for Blue Badge holders.
