Regrettably my time at ImpactHub was marred by constant noise and unhelpful staff. The high noise levels were a barrier to concentration, undermining productivity, and significantly downgrading the coworking experience. Staff seemed disinterested in resolving issues with responses often delayed or unhelpful. Despite conveniently located with decent amenities, the workspace was crowded and lacked order. I hoped for a supportive, conducive environment; ImpactHub sadly fell short. With many alternatives available, I'd be hard-pressed to recommend ImpactHub to anyone in need of a peaceful, collaborative coworking environment.
