I came here to do a couple hours of work. To my disappointment, I found out that the business lounge does not have desks. What they have instead are these lounge style chairs with small arm-side desks attached to them. So really this area is designed for about half an hour or an hour of work.
If they were nice and let me use the kitchen table instead. It had counter top style setting. It was okay for having a meeting with my boss.
Horrible company.
The customer service you receive from Regus and their brand of office spaces is atrocious. Actually, atrocious would be an upgrade as there is no customer service with this company.
After making several inquiries via their website, trying to reach someone on their customer service line and leaving a trail of bad reviews via Google and TrustPilot, I have at this stage received one email from the company which only partly addressed my complaint.
After renting an office space for a month and leaving it spotless, the company felt necessary to charge me a "restoration fee" for moving the chair back into place I suppose. While I can understand having a standard cleaning fee - even though the offices are cleaned daily anyways - 25% of your rent is absurd.
If you're thinking about working remotely, your much better off working from a coffee shop, the park, a dark needle ridden alley or virtually anywhere but a Regus office space.
Dear Regus employee that reads this, is my whopping $98 worth me potentially persuading a customer paying $400 per month for a cosy 6x12 space (in Panama) or whatever you charge here in Canada? I wonder how much I can cost you in my spare time...
Worse customer service ever. You will never get the responses from them or pick up the phone during the business hour. We have already paid online for additional month and it has been posted on the bank statement. But they said they didn’t get it. The account still showed unpaid. So it’s ghosting???????? We tried to contact them after, they NEVER got back to us!!
Stay away from this horrible company.
