IMPORTANT:
In this company, they behave like some criminals, in the purest style of Curro Jimenez, they are GREAT INCREDIBLE, some rascals, some scoundrels, and some great abusers.
From what they tell you, to what it is, not even close. Read the contract very, very well, and the fine print. Everything is nonsense.
They forced me to stay longer than initially agreed, which was for a period of one month, in addition to the monthly rent, they charged me an additional €175 for office wear and tear, and when I was finally able to free myself from their abuse, it took them a while to return the deposit, more than three months, after lots of calls, lies, and giving me long, and longer, and having to introduce myself several times, in their offices, hanging up the phone, disrespecting me, and insult me
In addition to the unsanitary conditions, during my stay, I suffered from rats running through the corridors, the size of cats. Gross !!!!.
All a BIG NIGHTMARE.
WORST IMPOSSIBLE !!!!.
Everything I tell you, IS DEMONSTRABLE.....

I went to test the service. The test day was quite unfortunate, I couldn't connect to the internet, the person in charge was unable to solve the problem and I had to work with mobile data. Because of that, they offered me another trial day, which went well, but as this made me insecure, I explained to the seller that I ONLY WANTED TO CONTRACT A MEMBERSHIP FOR ONE MONTH, since I wanted to test the service before making a longer contract.
He rushed me to hire me, tempting me with a discount and I trusted that what he was offering me was what I had asked for, ONE MONTH OF MEMBERSHIP. And now I find myself with a "fine print" in which they are charging me in advance for the coming months when I understood that the contract ended at the end of the month and I decided whether to continue or not.
The space is very nice but I am sorry that the vendors behave in this way. I feel that this has taken away my desire to continue in space.

A scam with accomplices such as Idealista or Fotocasa advertises that they offer coworking space at €89/month for 11m2 and when you call or write to rent it they tell you that a space for one person costs €325. The worst thing is that you report this type of deception to Idealista and they tell you that they have verified it, that it is incorrect but they do not correct it! And so many more ads, I have wasted a whole morning calling ads that when you contact the information they give you has nothing to do with what they tell you over the phone!
