Really new service apartment! We’ve stayed in Ascott apartments in Japan and elsewhere in Wuhan. This place is amazing! Just opened in March 2023.
Service is great! They have the delivery robots for contactless delivery. Front desk is always super helpful! We called once for a sink issue and within 2 minutes, manager brought the maintenance guy over to fix it. In another occasion I asked the front desk where can I buy additional water, she gave me 2 bottles immediately. And the breakfast lady was always warm and ready to help.
Hardware, appliances and furnitures are very new! Love the new feel!
In terms of location and view, we can overlook the lake and highway. Night scene is great while you barely hear the noise. Like any other Ascott apartments, there is a supermarket downstairs and shopping mall connected. So everything is within reach or a click of a button.
Regretted that we didn’t stay here earlier. Nevertheless we’ll for sure consider here as a first option whenever we visit Wuhan.

I don't know the location or convenience as I haven't walked around the area, but the room was comfortable. We plan to use it again next time.
