This is a really beautiful office!
There is a supermarket, Lawson, and restaurants on the first floor, so it gets quite busy around noon! Especially when buying bento boxes at lunchtime, there is a long wait at the register!
In addition, there is a lot of common space in the workplace, including sofas and spaces where you can study and work! There is also a large space for seminars, so you can also hold important meetings! Reservations are required for large rooms and private rooms for telephone and remote business negotiations (≧∀≦)
You can also use a coffee maker, hot water, and drinking water freely! We also have soy milk. There is also a shared refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, making your stay quite comfortable! It's going to be the most comfortable and comfortable place I've ever been to work in!
Also, at night, the beer server will be open from 4pm onwards. So there are a lot of people who often drink beer in the common space! There is also a convenience store and supermarket on the first floor, so many people buy snacks and food there for an evening drink! Also, since there is ice available, many people keep bottles of whiskey and other drinks at work and buy carbonated water to drink.
It's a recommended workplace as you can see Tokyo Tower, Sky Tree, etc., and even Mt. Fuji if it's a clear day (≧∀≦)
There are also events, so I'm always looking forward to seeing what kind of events are held every month 😊
Compared to other locations that opened around the same time around 2020, it feels crowded and difficult to use. The atmosphere isn't as fresh as Shibuya Scramble Square, but it's packed with people.
KANDA SQUARE is also an office building owned by Sumitomo Corporation, so it is not very convenient to use as a building. It is unique in that it houses the supermarket ``Summit Store'', which is also managed by Sumitomo Corporation.
WeWork's iOS app displays a map that shows a 1-minute walk from Kanda Station, but that's incorrect and it takes about 15 minutes to walk. This may be due to poor cooperation with the Apple Maps app, so if you are using an iPhone, it is better to use Google Maps.
If you are visiting for one day, you will need to get an admission ticket for it at the reception on the second floor.
